Case Commissioning Process
Step.1 Consultation

Step.2 Confirming the Case Details
After the consultation, you can further discuss the specific details of the case you wish to commission with our private detectives. If you are unable to visit our office in person, you can confirm the details via fax or email. We provide convenient communication methods to ensure easy contact and clear understanding of the commissioned content.
Step.3 Responding to the Letter of Intent
Based on your requirements, our private detectives will develop a project plan and respond with a letter of intent. This document will include the investigation type, content, expected results, estimated time, and related costs. If you have any concerns about the plan, we can also sign a customized contract after reaching a consensus.
Step.4 Signing the Contract and Paying the Deposit
Once you have completed the above steps, we can proceed with signing the contract. If you still have concerns or doubts about the signing process, we are willing to arrange for a lawyer or notary to witness the process. On the day of signing, you will need to pay the corresponding upfront fees, and then the case will officially enter the investigation stage.
Step.5 Investigation and Evidence Collection
Our private detectives will arrange for investigators to conduct the investigation and evidence collection work, and provide real-time updates to you. We will maintain close contact with you and keep you informed of the latest developments to ensure that you do not have to wait for a long time and can receive timely updates.
Step.6 Legal Support
If the case you commissioned involves legal issues, we will provide legal consulting services and assist you with litigation if necessary. We have established cooperative relationships with professional law firms and can provide effective assistance if you need legal support.
Step.7 Case Closure
After the completion of the case investigation, you will need to make the final payment, and we will provide you with a case closure report. Once the case is closed, we will thoroughly destroy all relevant data related to your commission, and there will be absolutely no connection with you.
